Challenging your negative thoughts can be hard, but take time to achieve. When one challenge negative thoughts it helps build their self-worth. Challenging your negative thoughts by thinking about your positive contributions or getting a family member or friend to tell you if your negative thoughts has value. If you can’t ask someone write it down and come back to it later, and asks question like do I really need to work on this? Why is that? How can I improve?
